What is Kaizen?

Kaizen, a Japanese term meaning "continuous improvement" or "change for the better," focuses on making small, incremental improvements in processes and systems to achieve long-term benefits. The Kaizen philosophy has been successfully applied across various industries to achieve rapid growth and improve company culture. 

I apply these principles to enhance my problem-solving and leadership skills within tight deadlines, enabling me to inspire and empower others.
